>>Please make sure your blood work is ready before your FREE consultation including the following labs: CBC, BMP, LFT, Lipid Panel, Hemoglobin A1C, TSH. Labs should be done within last 6 months of your appointment. Call your PCP to request a blood work order.

>>Alternatively, blood work can be done at a near urgent care in Palmdale CA with an affordable out-of-pocket price. Ask our front desk for more information and to provide you with a blood work order prior to your consultation with our provider. 

>>Do your blood draw at least 5 days prior to your consultation to allow for results to come back.

>>Your first (in person) visit will include taking vitals, a FREE consultation with the doctor, Body Composition Analyzing , Before Pictures (optional), pick up medications.
